Business has a fixed price, every module and high limits. Enterprise is your own platform: with your domain and your brand, limits set for you and, if you prefer, pay-as-you-go billing, prepaid or postpaid.
Two months: you pay for ten and use twelve. Essential comes to €470 a year, Pro to €930 and Business to €1,750, plus VAT.
No. The applicable VAT is added to the prices.
Each person your AI assistant handles counts as one conversation for 24 hours, however many messages they send. If your team replies, it doesn't count.
What your assistant uses when it works for you outside conversations with your customers: sorting and answering emails, summarising calls, scoring deals, answering in analytics, preparing campaigns or helping you in the chat with questions and setup. Each task uses credits depending on its size; one reply from Lía in the chat uses 1 credit.
Not for talking to your customers: what they write and what you reply doesn't count. The limit only applies to campaign sends and marketing messages.
We warn you at 80%. If you reach 100%, the AI stops replying on its own and its tasks pause, but messages keep arriving in your inbox so you can answer them yourself. Nothing is lost. You can add a pack or change plan in one click.
Any extra modules you add (€9 a month each), WhatsApp campaign messages, which follow WhatsApp Business rates, and extra packs of conversations, credits or sends if you need them. If you go over what your plan includes, each extra signed document costs €0.40 and each extra document template €1.
Yes, you upgrade or downgrade and change your modules from your account. A plan change applies from your next payment.
No. You pay month to month and cancel whenever you want. If you choose yearly, you pay the year upfront with two months free.
