How to delete your data

At Twilbox you can request deletion of your personal data and of any data obtained through the platforms you connected (such as Meta — Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business) at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — From the platform

Sign in to Twilbox, go to Integrations and click 'Disconnect Meta'. This immediately revokes the permissions you granted and removes the synced data (messages, leads, access tokens and connected accounts). To delete your entire Twilbox account, contact us using the option below.

Option 2 — Request by email

Send an email to admin@twilbox.com with the subject 'Data deletion', indicating the account or the Facebook profile you used to connect. We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.

What data is deleted

We delete the data obtained through Meta (pages, messages, comments, leads, WhatsApp Business numbers and ad-account metrics), the access tokens, and the personal data associated with your account, except for information we are legally required to keep.

Timeframe and confirmation

We process deletion requests within 30 days at most and send you an email confirming that the data has been removed.
